Rise and Shine: The Morning Routine
As an HVAC technician at Advanced Heating, my day starts early. I’m up at 6 AM, grabbing a quick breakfast before heading to our office in Morgantown, WV. My first job of the day is an AC repair in Kingwood, WV. The customer, a priority club member, reported their unit wasn’t cooling properly. After a thorough inspection, I discover a refrigerant leak. I explain the situation to the homeowner and proceed with the necessary repairs.
Midday: HVAC Installation in Fairmont
After wrapping up in Kingwood, I head to Fairmont for a scheduled HVAC installation. This job takes up most of my afternoon as we carefully remove the old system and install the new, energy-efficient unit. The homeowners are thrilled with the upgrade and the potential energy savings.
Afternoon: Emergency AC Service in Cheat Lake
Just as I’m finishing up in Fairmont, I receive an emergency call from Cheat Lake. A family’s air conditioner has completely stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year. Thanks to our “Any Day, Any Time” policy, I’m able to head straight there to help.

Just as I’m about to call it a day, I get an after-hours call from Star City. A priority customer club member’s AC has broken down. Despite the late hour, I head out to help, knowing there won’t be any extra charges for the customer due to our “No EXTRA Charges for Nights and Weekends” policy.

As I finally head home, I reflect on the day’s work. From Morgantown to Star City, and everywhere in between, it’s been a busy but satisfying day of helping people stay comfortable in their homes.
